Strobex 
Honeywell/Chadwick-Helmuth's Strobex is a lightweight, handheld, self-contained strobe lamp requiring no operator adjustment. The beam illuminates retro-reflective targets on main rotor to indicate rotor track, and on tail rotor to measure clock angle. Honeywell/Chadwick-Helmuth's Strobex is also used to measure RPM of rotating components.
